Professional Development Opportunities
The City Learning Centres continue to offer a range of Professional Development Opportunities (CPD) aimed at supporting school colleagues in the implementation of emerging technologies.
Provision includes events supporting a range of hardware technologies plus activities aimed at developing the CLC specialist activities in creative media, ICT and design & technology. There are also a selection of opportunities linked to our Regional Training Centre status with both Apple UK and Immersive Education. The CLC will also be offering Learning Platform training sessions which are aimed at supporting colleagues in the use of specific applications and content development. The CPD sessions also allow participants to work alongside CLC staff developing ideas for additional training activities as well as discussing the use of CLC facilities by staff and their pupils.
