Boardroom

Each City Learning Centre has a large multi-purpose meeting/presentation area containing flexible furniture allowing for informal and formal presentations, boardroom style meetings and video conferencing activities. The room benefits from natural light and is a fully air conditioned facility.

Each room contains a wall-mounted 55" and 42" HD TV screen which can be linked to a laptop/games console/DVD/freeview facilities. Both rooms have access to laptop PCs/Apple MacBooks for delegate/student/staff use along with printing facilities.

The Middleton City Learning Centres specialist media accommodation is enhanced by the addition of a Media studio and flexible space (created from the boardroom space). A control room containing tri-caster video production console is adjacent to the flexible space which can be used as a TV studio or large meeting/presentation room for 16 delegates. The portable studio provision consists of state-of-the-art Reflecmedia chromakey (4m x 3m curtain) and auto-script facilities with Sony broadcast quality HDV cameras, Ianiro lighting, Sennheiser and Behringer audio equipment and 'talk-back' capabilities. Quality flexible furniture allows the space to be used for large meetings and presentations while the air conditioned room also benefits from access to video conferencing and laptop PC facilities.
