'Babbage' Apple Suite 1
Babbage is a recently refurbished large air conditioned computer suite with spacious facilities for up to 26 students plus trainer/teacher. The accommodation benefits from an integrated high quality Smartboard 680i data projection system.

Students and staff have access to dual-boot Apple iMacs which allow access to Windows XP and Mac OS X. All users have access to a wide range of software and a colour laser printer.

'Babbage' Apple Suite 2
A recently refurbished large air conditioned computer suite with facilities for up to 32 students plus trainer/teacher and benefits from an integrated high quality Smartboard 680i data projection system. Students and staff have access to dual-boot Apple MacBook high specification laptops which give access to Windows XP and Mac OS X. All users have access to a wide range of software and a colour laser printer.

The two 'Babbage' rooms can be opened up to create a single large room for up to 60 people with access to ICT or as a conference space. A folding 'sound-proofed' partition wall separates the two rooms. Both rooms have flexible furniture which can be utilised in a number of different layouts; Babbage 2 can also be cleared to give a large performance/studio or conference space.
